I believe we are not separate from the universe, but an integral part of it, connected to the energies, frequencies, and vibrations that surround us. I do not believe in a creator.
Our perception shapes how we experience the world, but we can only perceive a fraction of reality, limited by our biology and senses. For example, we see only 0.0035% of the electromagnetic spectrum, hear within a specific frequency range, and our other senses are similarly constrained. Our sense of touch, for instance, interacts only with atoms and molecules, so we cannot truly "touch" anything.
We are defined by what we perceive. Without our senses, reality would be unknowable. Our minds construct reality from the limited information provided by our senses, and this reality is subjective, influenced by factors like our emotions and inner world.
Our brains prioritize survival, which often shapes our thoughts and emotions, whether we are aware of it or not. What we deem "good" or "bad" is often based on what supports our survival or threatens our well-being. However, our narrow perception, driven by this survival instinct, can hinder our understanding of the universe's complexities.
Reality is vast and ever-changing, but our perception is limited. Just as our senses detect only a tiny fraction of the electromagnetic spectrum, our minds grasp only a small part of reality. The true nature of the universe remains hidden, and we live within a narrow tunnel of perception shaped by our biological constraints.
I believe everything is interconnected through energy. We are made of stardust, our atoms originating from the explosive deaths of stars. Our bodies and the universe are in a continuous flow, guided by energetic forces that influence our thoughts, emotions, and actions.
I believe reality is not fixed, but shaped by both external energies and our internal states. Our thoughts and emotions are frequencies that can affect both our bodies and the world around us.
Lastly, I believe we are part of an ever-expanding system of energy and matter. We are not separate from the universe but intricately woven into its fabric. Our thoughts, emotions, and actions contribute to the ongoing vibration of the cosmos. We are not just observers, but co-creators of reality, constantly shaping and being shaped by the energies around us.
